Dog Park Committee Meetings are

Open to the Public

 
Be sure to mark your calendar for future meetings — we meet the third Wednesday of each month.


The MidCity Dog Park Committee monthly meetings  take place at Hotel Helix on Rhode Island Avenue. Kimpton Hotels generously grants us regular use of meeting space for these monthly meetings. When you enter the hotel, proceed down the hallway to meeting spaces.

The agenda includes SDP community management and maintenance topics, event planning, and other ongoing concerns. The meetings are open to dog owners and other members of the public.

SDP Monthly Clean Up

Next Event:
The Last Saturday of This and Every Month

November-April: 1PM to 2PM
May-October: 10AM to 11AM


Please come out and help clean up our dog park this Saturday. We really do need more people to show up. There are a number of tasks: picking up poop and litter in and around the park; picking up broken glass; filling in holes; etc.

It takes no more than an hour.  If you have them, also bring work gloves, a rake, or snow shovel (for redistributing pea gravel)..
 
The more people who show, the quicker the work gets done. Hope to see a lot of you there.
